4 Steps to Reliable Robotic Automation
1. Scope
Apera AI sales team works with a selected partner to complete a scope. This sets expectations for performance, dimensions, robot and end-effector preferences. A dedicated Robotic Solutions Engineer from Apera is assigned to your project and will follow it through post-sales support and training.
2. Digital Twin and AI Object Teaching
Your parts are trained into our AI system to a very high level of reliability. This is where we de-risk your automation project by generating a complete vision program. We have a risk-free buying process where we agree on specifications for the vision program. If it does not meet your specifications, you get your purchase from Apera AI refunded.
3. Install and Commission
Our Certified Partner network will conduct the installation and commissioning with Apera AI’s support. We work together to train the personnel using the system.
4. Post-Sales Support
Robotics Solutions Engineers based at our Vancouver HQ and in your local area promise a 30-minute callback within business hours. Locally, our Certified Partner is also trained to provide in-person support. About 95% of issues can be resolved over the phone or through a remote connection.

Certified Partners have completed the Apera AI training program in order to provide local support.
Most issues associated with Apera AI systems can be resolved over the phone or through a remote connection. These involve items like the cameras or robot being out of calibration, introducing a new object to the system, or upgrading software.
